Only 140 beds for 'problem drinkers'

The NT Government has withdrawn from its controversial election promise to build mandatory alcohol rehabilitation centres, opting to spend $100 million over three years  – “a lot more than we had planned to”, according to Alcohol Policy Minister Robyn Lambley – placing ‘problem drinkers’ into existing rehabilitation facilities.
